Everyone goes through challenging situations in life, and while you may have successfully navigated through other difficulties you've faced, there's nothing wrong with seeking out extra support when you need it. In fact, therapy is for people who have enough self-awareness to realize they need a helping hand, and that is something to be admired.
As a practical, interactive and solution-focused therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients address many types of issues including depression, anxiety, conflict, grief, anger management, relationship issues, and general life transitions.
I have been serving clients whose native languages include: English, Russian, Ukrainian and Polish. I am deeply sensitive to my client's cultural identity and perform treatment in client's native language. With sensitivity and compassion, I help clients find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues.
Blending conventional and alternatives approaches, I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client.
